This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; from the Turkish minister in Stockholm, that the German successful offensive raises morale, on January 12; from the Turkish ambassador in Moscow, on the venue for an Allied three-power meeting, on January 14; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, forwarding a German view of the Allies' dissension on the war and post-war policy, on January 12; from the Persian Ministry for Foreign Affairs with the embassies in Washington and London, noting Persian interest in the coming three-power meeting, from January 3-10; and from the German Legation in Dublin, on V weapons and British morale, and the effect of extension of the operation on British and U.S. morale, on January 9.
