Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of the 2nd SS Panzer Division being withdrawn from the line for new tasks, on January 13; of the Fuehrer's order for pulling out tankless crews, on January 8; and that the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division is in reserve and under radio silence from January 11-13; and on Germany: that the Magdeburg ordnance office despatches anti-gas equipment, on January 9.
