Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; on West Europe: of an Army Group H withdrawal, on November 23; on Germany: of an instruction from the Commander in Chief of the German Air Force (C-in-C GAF) on preventing the loss of fuel by enemy action, on November 19; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, detailing a conversation with Ribbentrop on the war situation and war plans, on November 16; from the Bulgarian minister in Lisbon, on Churchill's visit to Paris, France and the proposed west European block, on November 17; from the Persian minister in London, on a Persian-Soviet dispute, on November 20; and on Germany: on the morale of the armies in East Prussia, as of October 28.
