Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Western Europe: of the 64th Infantry Division reporting a deep Allied penetration, with no possibility of supplies, on October 31; on the last elements of the 70th Infantry Division being withdrawn to Walcheren; on the main defence line and boundaries of the 88th Army Corps; and that the Allies have penetrated into Raamsdonk; and from the Japanese military attaché in France, detailing the position of the French and German leaders and Japanese representatives at Sigmaringen, on October 17.
