Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: on the 88th Army Corps' new defence line, on October 25; of a 58th Panzer Corps attack being smashed by Allied artillery, on October 18; that the 13th SS Army Corps expect a large-scale attack and request German Air Force (GAF) support, on October 25; and that the Commander in Chief (C-in-C) West calls for stringent measures to reduce petrol consumption, on October 25; and on South-east Europe: a Dubrovnik evacuation report, on October 24.
