This file includes the following reports: of orders regarding SS emergency units, on September 13; on South-east Europe: three reports on Allied air raids on Greek airfields, for September 24; on South and South-east Europe: a situation report from the German Air Force (GAF) in upper Italy including Allied landings in Greece, on September 30; a sigint report on Hofmann, chief of the SS and General of the police, sent to Himmler, on September 18; Naval Headlines; an ULTRA report from the Japanese Vice Admiral Abe and the military attaché in Berlin, on a conversation with Admiral Meisel on August 29; and Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) report 324 on the conditions and morale in Germany (not included).
