This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of the 363rd Infantry Division being subordinated to the 47th Panzer Corps to form a blocking line, on July 29; of the 326th Infantry Division's withdrawal plans, on July 31; of the Panzer Lehr Division being pulled out of the line, on July 31; that the 2nd Air Corps, disbanded in France, is to transfer and re-establish itself in Sofia, on July 31; and that Army Group B orders the formation of a new north front, on July 28; on Germany: that the SS at Dachau and Munich are to report the number of volunteers for an all-out operation, on July 27; on South Europe: that the Germans expect an Allied landing on the southern French coast, on July 30; on Finland: KISMET, on plans for the evacuation of German forces by sea, on July 27; and on the Northern Russian Front: that German soldiers trying to flee from Riga are to be shot, on July 29.
