A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: a 326th Infantry Division report from the Caumont sector, on July 31; that the 84th Army Corps is in a new location, from July 31; of the 25th Corps fighting in the Avranches area, on July 31; on the 2nd SS Panzer Division's front line, as at July 31; and the 2nd Parachute Corps report a new defence line, on July 31; and from the Japanese naval attaché, a continuation of SJA/613 (see 7282), stating that Germany is to increase its aircraft production, and giving a review of the ground war.
