A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: that the Allies penetrate south of Tilly, on July 29; that the 2nd SS Panzer Corps expects a strong attack, on July 29; that the 2nd SS Panzer Corps requires fighter support for a march movement on July 30; and that the Ground Officer Commanding (GOC) the 9th SS Panzer Division was severely wounded, on July 29; on South Europe: that the 15th Panzer Grenadier Division is to withdraw to the DULLARD line, on July 29; on the Central Russian Front: an Army Group Centre situation report, for July 28; and on Germany: on an air raid on Kiel on the night of July 24-25.
