Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: that the 9th SS Panzer Division is to make a counterthrust, on July 26; the 84th Corps' situation report, for July 26; and the Panzer Lehr Division report an Allied breakthrough, on July 26; on South Europe: that the Germans prepare for an air-landing assault on the Po bridges and for coastal landings, on July 26; and on the Russian Front: the 4th Panzer Army's situation report, for July 25.
