A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: BONIFACE reports for Mr Loxley (summaries are reported under 6933 but the texts are now included); on France: that the 21st Panzer Division needed fighter protection, on June 28; and that the 12th SS Panzer Division expected an Allied attack along the River Orne; on Italy: of further German withdrawal in the coastal sector of the 14th Corps; of the 19th German Air Force (GAF) Field Division being subordinated to the 14th Corps, and its divisional boundaries; and of an air raid on San Merino, on June 26.
