A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of German forces withdrawing into Cherbourg, on June 17; that the I SS Panzer Corps take heavy losses from Allied artillery, on June 16; of the 6th Parachute Division being set up under the LXVII Corps, in the Amiens area, on June 16; that an attack by the II Flak Corps east of the Orne makes no progess, on June 16; and that Hitler orders the German Navy to take over smoke protection of the Rhine bridges in Holland, on June 15.
