A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that Kesselring concludes the crises are due to a lack of ammunition, so commanders are to give priority to the delivery of fuel and ammunition, and stating the necessity for commanders to make reports, on June 11; that the 10th and 14th Armies are to report on their personnel, weapons and readiness by June 14, for a conference with Hitler; that the 14th Army is to mop up an enemy penetration south of Manciano and hold the coastal road from Lake Bolsena-the Tiber; and on a new northern boundary for the 14th Army, on June 12.
