Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Italy: that the Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces Operations Staff, General Warlimont, is to visit the Apennine position and the 10th and 14th Armies, from June 6-10; and that the 51st Corps is withdrawing according to plan to new positions with its Battle HQ at Pizzoli, on June 8.
