A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: that Group West orders preparations for the demolition of Granville harbour because airborne troops have landed, on June 7; that four airfields are occupied by one day groups, as of June 6, see 6707; that flak battle detachments are scarcely able to operate in the day because of enemy air superiority, on June 6; of the German Air Force's (GAF's) reconnaissance orders for June 7; that Rommel orders the 3rd Flak Corps to prepare dummy flak positions with fuses set to explode after occupation by the enemy, on June 6; and that long-distance telegraph lines south of Paris were interrupted by sabotage, on the night of June 6-7.
