Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file contains a message from C to the Prime Minister (PM); and the following reports on Italy: the 90th Panzer Grenadier Division reports that Allied forces attacking with air support had reached the south of Pontecovo; that Moroccans are advancing towards San Giovanni; and that the 90th Division is without reserves; and a 94th Division report on May 20, stating that the Allies have taken Fondi; and from the Siamese counsellor in Berlin, on the prospects for an Allied invasion - the ambassador postulates Norway and Denmark as probable targets, and forecasts a future conflict between the U.S. -U.K. and the Soviet Union, on May 21.
