Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Southern Europe: a 1st Parachute Division situation report, for May 16; an incomplete situation report by the Commander in Chief (C-in-C) for the South-west for May 15; the 90th Panzer Grenadier Division reports on its sector and the location of its HQ, on May 16; and that the 44th Division's Staff, located south of Cassino, is to return to its old sector, north of Cassino, on May 16; and on South-east Europe: the C-in-C for the South-east's situation report for May 13.
