Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Southern Europe: the 71st Division's situation report, for May 15; two reports on Allied attacks in Italy, on May 12 and 13; that the 39th Panzer Regiment, subordinate to the 17th Panzer Division, was identified at Mailly-Le-Camp, on May 8; detailed battle reports from the main Italian Front, for May 13; the 51st Mountain Corps' situation report, for May 13; and of German intentions for May 13 on the Italian Front.
