A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file contains a message from C to Mr Loxley; GUNPOWDER report 16, that the Germans in Athens make contingency arrangements for an evacuation, on March 22; and the Prime Minister (PM) orders that the names of Greek traitors are to be noted and that the Foreign Secretary is to see.
