A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of the 5th Air Fleet in Finland's restriction on the use of ammunition, because of shortages, on April 7; on the Southern Russian Front: of Army Group South being forced to withdraw, with the evacuation of Odessa set for April 10; the 4th Air Fleet's operational report, for April 8; and that the 2nd SS Panzer Corps is within 8 miles of the 1st Panzer Army; Naval Headlines; for Ultra/ZIP/JMA5551 (see 6235); and report 115 - 'Statements by the Turkish Deputy Chief of Staff as reported to Berlin by the German M.A. in Angora' - was burnt by the Prime Minister (PM).
