A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This was submitted to the Prime Minister (PM), but not seen by him. This file includes the following reports on South-east Europe: of shipping losses in the area of the 118th Jaeger Division on the Dalmatian coast, for the period of March 23-31; that a German tanker sinks in the Aegean, on April 3; a German Air Force (GAF) command situation report, for April 3, stating that 2000 Allied bombers attacked Budapest; and of an Allied air raid on Brod, on April 3; on the Southern Russian Front: a GAF reconnaissance report for April 3, detecting a gap in the front line north of Brody; a GAF reconnaissance report, for April 4, spotting a gap in the front south of Brody; and that the German transfer of a floating dock from Odessa to Constanza is to start on April 3; and on West Europe: of an air attack on the Tirpitz, on April 3.
