A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Russian Front: that the Germans are still expecting a Russian attack on Crimea, on March 5; Naval Headlines; from the Japanese ambassador in Ankara, on Turkey and the war, on February 26 and 28; from the Greek ambassador in Ankara, noting Bulgarian duplicity, on March 4; from the Greek ambassador in London, regarding Greece and Churchill's speech, on March 1; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, forwarding the comments of a contact on Finland, on February 28; and two Foreign Office reports on Finland, from March 4.
