A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Russian Front: a German appreciation in February of Soviet intentions regarding Crimea and the southern Russian fronts; from the Brazilian chargé d'affaires in Madrid, on the European war situation, on February 28; from the Turkish ambassador in Moscow, on Turkey and the war, on February 28; and from the Turkish military attaché in Budapest, on Finland and Russian terms for peace, on February 29.
