A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that the Hermann Goering Division's attack fails, on February 19; that the 715th Division requests reconnaissance prior to an attack on the night of February 20-21; the Hermann Goering Division's day report, for February 18; of the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division being under heavy artillery fire, on February 18; of the 114th Jaeger Division's supply columns being attacked by enemy fighters, on February 18; on the 1st Parachute Corps' defensive front, on February 18; of attacks by the 76th Panzer Corps in the Aprilia area, on February 18; a 334th Infantry Division report, for the evening of February 18; a 5th Mountain Division report, for February 18; that the 15th Panzer Grenadier Division suffers losses in repulsing an attack, on February 18; that the 90th Panzer Grenadier Division is caught in violent fighting at Cassino, on February 18; and of German plans to blow up harbour installations, and of the loading of manganese ore at Santo Stefano, on February 18.
