This file includes the following reports on South-east Europe: of German anxiety over the Aegean coastal defences, on February 5; of the demolition of harbours by the German Navy in Yugoslavia, from February 1-5; and that the German Navy in Dalmatia makes defensive preparations, on February 5; Naval Headlines; and from the German ambassador in Madrid, that Spain is to stand firm against Allied pressure, on February 2.
