A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that the German Air Force (GAF) claim a pocket north of Aprilia has been mopped up, on February 5; of the 1st Parachute Corps' smash counter-attack, on February 4; the 715th Division (Mones) reports the destruction of an enemy counter-attack, on February 4; that the Hermann Goering Division failed in its assault on a bridge-building operation, on February 4; that the 715th Division (Klaus) retakes the old defence line, on February 4; that the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division's operations section is moving to Castelgandolfo, on February 4; reports from an unidentified formation, on February 4, describing its unit Kleye participating in a night attack, and its front line positions; the 2nd Air Fleet's reconnaissance report, for February 4; and a 15th Panzer Grenadier Division report, for February 4.
