A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that an unspecified formation is to attack late on February 2; that the 1st Parachute Corps suppose the enemy to be re-grouping, on February 3; of a new commander of the 334th Infantry Division, on February 3; a 5th Mountain Division report, for February 3; and the German secret service in Rome report on fighting, on February 3; on South-east Europe: a German Air Force (GAF) situation report for February 2-3, noting a troop ship being sunk en route to Crete; and a GAF report for February 3.
