A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the South East: on the ration strengths of the 10th and 14th armies, as of January 20; that Spitfires damage 6 Me109s at Siena South, on January 29; of 4 Me109s being damaged at Siena North, on January 29; and of a ship with supplies for Pianosa being badly damaged, on January 30; on South-east Europe: the 264th Infantry Division's day report, of mopping up on the south Dalmatian coast; on Germany: of an Allied air raid on Frankfurt/Main, on January 30; from the German secret service, that the Yugoslav Chetnik leader, Jevdjevic, is collaborating with Berlin against the Communists, on January 27 (not on the coversheet); Naval Headlines; and from the Turkish minister in Cairo, giving Polish views on Soviet territorial demands, on January 21.
