Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: a 10th Army report, for January 28, stating that the 44th Division is under attack and taking heavy losses; on South-east Europe: that the Commander in Chief (C-in-C) complains that convalescents of the 1st Parachute Division are not being returned, on January 18; and from the German secret service in Zagreb on ethnic collaboration in Yugoslavia, on January 27; on the Southern Russian Front: the 4th Air Wing's reconnaissance results, for January 28; and from the German secret service in Madrid, on Spanish relations with the Allies, and Allied pressure on Spanish Morocco, on January 26.
