Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Southern Europe: a 10th Army report of January 23 listing all units that had been despatched to the 1st Parachute Corps area to oppose Allied landings in the Anzio area; of a leave ban for German Air Force (GAF) units in Italy, from January 24; and of the results of Allied air raids on Zara, on January 22.
