A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a message from Special Communications Unit (SCU) Cairo for Spencer, the Prime Minister (PM), via Gore-Brown; on South Europe: that Captain U-boats are to consider an operation to stop the supply of islands on the Dalmatian coast from Italy, on December 1; on South-east Europe: of German difficulties in mopping up the Dalmatian coast islands, on December 2-3; that the German Navy in the Aegean are to be supplied with bunker coal from the Black Sea because of the land transport situation, on December 1; and a SUNSET report sent to Washington and Cairo.
