Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a SUNSET report for the Deputy Prime Minister (PM); a SUNSET report for Mr Loxley; a SUNSET report for the PM via Hut 3; a SUNSET report for Wing Commander Jones from the Code and Cypher School (CSS); Naval Headlines; on the Russian Front: that a transport scheme is in preparation for the eventual and sudden evacuation of Crimea, on November 16; and that the Commander in Chief of the German Air Force (C-in-C GAF) requires that reconnaissance and sea rescue elements be moved to Varna in case of the evacuation of Crimea, on November 18; on South-east Europe: that the Admiral for the Aegean intends to make Leros the main base in the Dodecanese, on November 17; of losses sustained by Battle Group Mueller in the Leros operation, on November 17; of Allied raids on airfields in Greece, on November 17; of Allied raids, on November 18; and on the location of an Allied conference, which is to be held in Cairo.
