A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South-east Europe: two reports giving details of embarkation points for the attack on Leros and the vessels to be used, with the operation to start on November 12; of the attack on Leros being met with heavy Allied fire from the shore, on November 12; and that Axis parachutists intending to attack Leros were called back after a warning from the Ground Officer Commanding (GOC).
