Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Southern Europe: four battle reports on the Italian Front, for November 10; and that E-boats are to leave Venice, on November 11; on South-east Europe: Army Group F reports that nearly 300,000 Italian military internees had been transported to Germany by November 8; Naval Headlines; and from the Japanese ambassador in Ankara, forwarding information from von Papen on Turkish neutrality, on November 8.
