This file includes the following reports on the Foreign Armies in the West: a situation report on the west for November 1; on South-east Europe: of Italian BR20 aircraft awaiting a decision on a hand-over to the Croation Legion, on November 1; of proposals of the Admiral in the Adriatic for German Air Force (GAF) support, on October 26; and that the Germans are making no progress in transporting away 32,000 Italians from Rhodes, on October 15; on South Europe: that the 2nd Air Fleet is to be equipped with an experimental squadron for night bombing with radar against ships, on November 3; on Germany: of an Allied raid on an aircraft factory at Wiener Neustadt, on November 3; and of RAF prisoners being handed over to the GAF, on October 9; on the Southern Russian Front: of Crimea being cut off and 3 enemy landings on the Kerch peninsula, from October 29-November 3; that the GAF in Roumania are to send all their air transports and gliders to Crimea, on November 3; and of an SS cavalry division being completely broken up by an enemy attack, on October 19.
