Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South-east Europe: of German Air Force (GAF) aircraft being unserviceable for considerable lengths of time due to the strained spares situation, on November 1; on South Europe: of a German anti-submarine vessel being sunk on its passage from Civita Vecchia; Naval Headlines; from the Turkish minister in Lisbon, relaying Salazar's views on the Soviet problem, on October 30; and from the German Legation in Lisbon, giving U.S. views on the Moscow Conference, on October 27.
