A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that the 14th Panzer Corps have blocked thrusts on Via Casilina, on November 2; of the 15th Panzer Grenadier Division's front line, as of November 2; of the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division's enemy appreciation, on November 1; a 26th Panzer Division report, for November 2; 29th Panzer Grenadier Division reports, for November 2; and that the 29th Panzer Grenadier Division is under attack, on November 2; on South-east Europe: that Army Group E orders preparations for the adjustment of Operation TRAGIC in the event of changes of wind, on November 2; an appreciation of operation SANDWICH against Samos, on November 1; and that the German Air Force (GAF) are to support the occupation of Symi (an island north of Rhodes), on November 1.
