A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that the 14th Panzer Corps is to fight a rear-guard delaying action on November 2; of an Allied raid on Genoa, on October 31; and of the intention to withdraw the 2nd SS Panzer Corps for service on the Russian Front, on October 19; and on the Southern Russian Front: that the German Air Force (GAF) claim to have broken up Soviet forces in the Kherson-Perekop area, on November 2.
