This file includes the following reports on South Europe: of the 2nd Air Corps' operational orders for October 27; of the 2nd Air Fleet's operational orders and a report for October 27; on the Southern Russian Front: that the Fuehrer forbids the amalgamation of German Air Force (GAF) field divisions with army elements, on October 26; and that the GAF and the Roumanian Air Force support ground forces' defence, on October 25; Naval Headlines; from the Japanese minister in Helsinki, relating Finnish views of the war situation, as at October 10; from the German ambassador in Madrid, giving Spanish views on the Moscow and Algiers conferences, on October 22; and from the Turkish minister in Sofia, communicating Bulgarian apprehensions about the progress of the war, on October 22.
