Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: of the front line of the 29th Panzer Grenadier Division, as of October 23; the German Air Force's (GAF's) final report, for October 23; of the 2nd Air Fleet's operational orders for October 24, including support for the defensive fighting of the 10th Army; and that all goods of the Italian armed forces and economic system are to be secured for the benefit of the German people, on October 23; on South-east Europe: a GAF Southeast evening raid report, for October 23; and from the Greek ambassador in London to the Greek government in Cairo, on the Soviet ambassador's denial of the possibility of a separate peace, on October 22.
