Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South-east Europe: that operations against the Cyclades are impending, on October 22; on the Russian Front: three reports on operations by the 4th Air Fleet indicating a strained bomber situation, on October 22; and that the Germans anticipate Russian landing operations against the Kerch peninsula, on October 19; and from the Japanese minister in Madrid, on a meeting between Salazar and Jordana, on October 19.
