A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following report on South-eastern Europe: of Operation TRAGIC/LEOPARD being postponed because of adverse weather conditions, with Battle Group Mueller being instructed to start as soon as the state of the sea permits, on October 11; a query from the Prime Minister (PM) as to the objective of the operation; and a reply from the Chief of the Imperial General Staff (CIGS) identifying the target as Leros, on October 13.
