Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a BONIFACE summary from Brigadier Hollis for the Prime Minister (PM); and an extract from a SUNSET intelligence report; on South Europe: that the German 1st Parachute Division is moving from Calabria to Apulia, on August 25; a German Air Force (GAF) evening report, for August 26, noting Allied air raids; and of an air attack on the GAF at Capua, on August 26.
