This file includes the following reports on Southern Europe: that Kesselring orders that the 29th Regiment be sent to Sicily as soon as possible, on July 18; a situation report on July 18 including a large concentration of German bombers being in the Foggia area; of the strength of the 15th Panzer Grenadier and Hermann Goering Divisions on July 9; that the 14th Panzer Corps' intelligence appreciated on July 18 a weakening of the Allied offensive intentions at Catania; and that gliders of the 2nd Air Landing Geshwader are in use for flights to Sicily, on July 20; on South-east Europe and the Russian Front: on the Soviet offensive as explained to King Boris, on July 21; and of the 4th Air Fleet's operations on July 20, mainly on the Mius and Donetz fronts; and Naval Headlines.
