This file includes the following reports on South Europe: that Milini harbour was congested, on July 13; on the base of a German landing craft division being transferred from Palermo to Naples, on July 12; and that landing craft are to be sent to Naples to support the troops in Sicily, on July 12; Naval Headlines; and from the Japanese military attaché in Rome, noting the decline in morale and will of Italy.
