This file includes the following messages: from the Greek ambassador in Washington, on Turkish neutrality and claims to the Dodecanese, on July 5; from the Portuguese minister in Bucharest, on a visit of the Roumanian Vice-President to Mussolini, on July 9; from the Brazilian ambassador in Madrid, on the internal political situation, as of July 8; and from Ribbentrop to all posts: a new policy on the reporting of Allied bombing raids on Germany, with a stress on the unshakeable will of the German people and the destruction of monuments to culture, on July 4, seen by His Majesty the King on July 15.
