A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on South Europe: of Axis blocking and demolition in Sicilian ports, on July 3, 5 and 7; that German Air Force (GAF) fighters are to protect Olbia, on July 7; that the GAF are to transport a Fortress Battalion to Sardinia on July 7-8; of damage to an airfield caused by a raid on Sardinia, on July 6; on raid damage to San Pietro airfield, on July 6; and Naval Headlines.
