A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; the Greek ambassador in Ankara reports on German anticipation of an Allied advance through Turkey, on June 8; the Japanese ambassador in Berlin reports on a coup in Argentina and talks in Washington between Churchill and Roosevelt, on June 8; a German naval summary for June 10 including heavy damage being dealt to fortifications on Pantelleria; from the Turkish ambassador in Moscow, on prospects on the Russian Front, as of June 4; on Southern Europe: of Division Sardinia's strength as of June 2; and that all serviceable Panzer tanks are to be shipped to Sardinia, on June 7.
