A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German Air Force (GAF) report that the Axis attack on Djidjelli was a failure, on June 8; on Southern Europe: of an Axis supply ship being torpedoed off the Sardinian coast; and of a submarine being grounded and attacked, on June 9; on the Mediterranean: a GAF sea and air situation report for the central and eastern region, on June 9; and on South-eastern Europe: of the damage caused by an Allied air raid on Paros island, on June 10.
