A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the Tunisian Front is to collapse if there is not a dramatic increase in the supplies arriving by sea, on April 28; that Axis forces are preparing to abandon Bizerta, on April 28; that several Axis steamships are to sail to Tunisia before May 1 and minesweeping is to continue off Bizerta for as long as possible, from April 29; and Naval Headlines.
